Luke founded Second Wind in 2024 with a clear mission: to serve athletes and universities at the highest level in the new NIL era. Drawing from his background in athletics, technology, and growth roles, he brings a unique perspective to one of the most overwhelming shifts in college sports history.
At Second Wind Pro, Luke is building more than a company, he’s building a movement. His vision is to create the trusted operating system for athletes navigating the evolving NIL and pay-to-play landscape. Under his leadership, Second Wind equips athletes with the tools, guidance, and data-driven insights they need to maximize both their immediate opportunities and their lifelong value.
ABOUT SECOND WIND
Second Wind was born in the chaos of the 2024 transfer portal, when athletes with six-figure potential were left unrepresented and under-advised in the new NIL world. At the same time, the House v. NCAA settlement signaled a true pay-to-play era. That’s when our founder left a career in software sales to build a different kind of agency, not flashy or transactional, but trusted. From the start, we listened to coaches, athletes, parents, and NCAA executives, and what we heard was clear: the system was broken, and athletes were being left behind.
Our mission is simple: advise, not just represent. We help athletes make smart, long-term decisions and compete from a position of strength. Today, Second Wind is the first NIL agency built for the pay-to-play era, combining tech, consulting, and representation under one roof.
